Villa Construction for Mr. Rawat Ji at Rajeshwar Nagar, Sahastradhara Rd, Dehradun
This was a project of about 5000 sqft in which work was done from the foundation to a room with mumty. There was great coordination with the party, their taste was also very good and we used the best material in the city in the house. We first took the designs from Delusion Interior, an interior design firm, and started construction.
Foundation: There was an old house on the site, which we demolished and moved to an empty plot in front of us. A JCB was needed for the foundation because the old house’s base structure was entirely RCC, which couldn’t be demolished manually. When the house was demolished, the rear house was about 3 feet lower, due to which the foundation of the rear column had to be deepened further.
- In this we used step footing which was isolated footings of all the columns. Some columns were close together and their column foundations were connected.
Glass Pergola at Pauri City for Shivam Kannojia
Pauri city is a very wonderful city. We built a small glass pergola here which was done at Shivam Kannojia’s place.
This terrace was in a corner where we installed 12mm toughened glass on top of Mild Steel Structure. The party applied white enamel on it and also installed lights.
We kept the size of the glass 46 by 46 in. The glass was installed with the help of double tape and silicon. This work took 3 working days, 1.5 days for framing and 1 day for installing the glass. In this, we had stopped work one day due to rain because the glass is always kept in sunlight which makes the glass totally waterproof.

500sqft Pergola Roofing for Mahesh Barthwal Ji, Dehradun
Mukesh Barthwal ji is our client from Dehradun, he has built a floor above old construction for which we have done complete fabrication work. In this, first of all we increased the size of the balcony at the back of ground floor, it was very less we increased it from 2.5 feet to 5 feet. In the metal floor, we made grid of one and a half feet by 2 feet and welded a 3 mm metal sheet over it. On top of that, they put tiles.
Next we provided 3 feet by 1 feet steps in Staircase. In this, after four steps, we provided a ramp and then took Jeena straight to the terrace. It cost only ₹40,000 to the client and it was made into a complete Apollo MS hollow pipe.
After metal floor & staircase we installed the 3ft high railing on first floor and 1.5 feet high on the top floor. The design of CNC used which is connected to nature and is made of 3 mm MS sheet.
We advised Barthwal ji to reduce the cost of 80 rft railing which costing him ₹80,000, because the construction contractor can provide the parapet in the construction budget. So we ordered his contractor to give 1.5ft solid concrete parapet over the 1st floor roof. Then we installed the railing of 1.5ft high and that reduced the railing budget by 40%. It cost less money but looked better than the ground floor railing.
Barthwal ji wanted transparent Pergola on the front side so that his windows could be covered from rain and the elevation of his house could also be improved. For this, we gave them a cost effective solution in which polycarbonate 2 mm sheet were installed over 3/3 ft MS Grid. In this, hollow pipes of 3 inches by 1.5 inches were used and the pillars installed were 4 inches square.
At the front of the Pergola, we cut the pipe into the design to create tails and also installed gutters so that all the water can flow towards the staircase. This pergola cost the client ₹275 per square foot.
We have also provided Khaprail shed at left side balcony of the building. That is 34ft wide with 3.5 ft projection. We used .5mm Khaprail sheet with Gray Stone Finish. Cost of this raincover was ₹ 220 per sqft.

Duco Painted LED TV Panel in Madhuban Enclave, Sahastradhara Road
Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. Ashutosh ji is working in DRDO in Dehradun and a month ago we had built a temple in his house. Temple was built in WPC 12mm Material (Alex Black Cobra).
They needed a TV panel but the problem was the drawing room was small and the panel had to be put on window. The size of the panel was about 8 feet wide and 7 feet long. And his budget was only 25000 for this work which he had already told us.
We worked for this keeping the budget in mind, so that quality was also taken care of. It was made in MDF Action Tesa then painted duco Asian Paints. The finish of the paint was kept matte. The color white and teak was chosen after seeing the furniture that was made earlier in his house. It took a week to make it. He liked the design and was overjoyed after installing.
We designed the TV Panel by CNC Machine. The shape of Drawer and Teak Color Base and Shelf’s round corners was designed perfectly by CNC Router.

Earlier, where ceiling was done according to the need, but now the ceiling has become a very important part of the interior design. Right now, two things are being used the most in sealing in Dehradun. If the budget is less then PVC panels and if the budget is right then POP. We use Delby company’s PVC panels for our ceiling projects and Sakarni company’s material if it is POP’s work.
If there is a wooden work, then we use Greenlam’s Veener on it and give a glossy or matte finish to it as per the requirement.
