CNC Mandir, Roof, Wall Partition Designed for Dehradun Based Client

This work has been done for a very good architect who has just completed his studies, he has recently built a house in Dharampur, the whole house has been built by mixing modern and traditional themes. However the house looks very cute. In this, he made a small budget and the finishing came out fantastic.

It has a Green company MDF board which is 8mm, we had a lot of trouble in doing this work, if the board was 12mm then it was better. After that whatever the design was, it was Sharaddha ji who did the final after that, after harvesting, we had the goods reached his house. Then he painted his own painters with his painters and called us to fix them. The smile was the most difficult in this, and had to work hard to match it.

He had to apply Asian paint with white silicon, which was not a permanent solution. Bidding is the best option for him, but nowadays a sheet is being installed in this way only, so we also put it like this. After that, the sheet behind the temple is an acrylic sheet of white color A-Cast company which is 2mm thick. The kitchen partition that has been forged in it is a 12mm sheet of the Black Cobra Company on which they have painted. All the sheets are fixed with steel screws.

CNC Wall Partition with Cove Lights in Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). This partition has been done for a doctor who lives in Prem Nagar, is a very young and new person. His taste is also good about design. He did some things in his own way while working, which made the work more beautiful. The total cost of doing this work was 21 thousand rupees, which includes the WPC sheet and all the ply and fittings.

In this, we used Green‘s ply 18mm which had to be doubled, so that its thickness was 36mm, which is very important, you can also see our other work, in this kind of work, we always start by double ply board. After that, the laminate that we have applied in it is different on both the sides, on one side there is white laminate and on the other side in wooden finish, the cast is about 600 rupees per sheet. The LED Cov lights which are also included in it are from Crompton which is guaranteed for one year. You had to smile a little, you can see that no wire is visible, it has been wired to the board itself.

After that you can see the slider we have slide the CNC Cutting Sheet in the video. Which is giving this design a better look, while there is no need for a slide, only the slider has been used to give it a freedom. The sheet that we have fitted in it is of Black Cobra Brand.

After that its sheet has been cut with Prince CNC Router which is done by 3mm Endmill tool which gives the best finish. The sheet used is high density wood and fiber sheet which is waterproof.

Wooden & Tuffen / Toughened Glass Partition for Joshi Bhai

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). The size of partition is 9feet high and 6.5 feet wide. The total cost for this came to 21000 which is around 350 per sq ft. Depth of the partition is 10″. It would have been nice to have more depth than this but space would have taken a lot. The material that we have applied in it is 19mm Green Plywood which has been made 38mm thick by pasting it twice.

On top of that, they have used cheap colored laminate, which was found at the rate of 450 per square feet. Only this is an inexpensive thing because it was a little budget issue. Glass we used is 12mm Tuffon glass which comes to about 200 rupees per square feet. On top of that we have put a frosted sheet 3M by cutting with a plotter. In which a tree design has been made for design, the price of this sticker is Rs 100 per square feet.

In this, we were trying to design CNC cutting first but later the mood changed because too much CNC work was done. It took a whole week to make it. The rest is in front of you. In this we can make very good design, if you are looking for something for your home, then contact us.

There is a story of a small box made in the side below, that glass was cut from the corner, which had a fan inside. But later we used it for partition. Now this will be used to put a flower vase.

WPC Fiber Sheet with CNC Pooja Mandir in Dehradun

We got an opportunity to build a temple for my friend, we did a very good job and you can see in the photo that this temple has been prepared at a very low price, which cost only 20 thousand rupees. Because the wood that was to be put in the frame was already lying with them for the year, otherwise it would have cost upwards of 25 thousand.

7×4 Mandir Design using CNC, WPC, Mica, Board, Plywood

The cabinet it is made of is made from 18mm plywood. Which belongs to the Green Company. After that, both types of mica .4mm in and .75mm have been put on it. Fitting has also been used well in this.

18mm WPC for Om Design and 12mm WPC for side jali

The 6 design in it is cut on an 18mm cobra sheet and the sheet on the side is of 12mm, although I suggest that a sheet of less than 18mm should not be used. After this, the LED strip installed is the original of Havells which comes with a one-year guarantee.

19mm Board with Colored Texture Mica on Front and White Mica inside

The most beautiful look in it is of the door, which is made of 19mm board, white on the inside and colored mica on the outside. The bells in it are of brass which are fitted with M hooks.

It took a full time of one week, the size of the temple is 7 feet high and 3.5 feet square. It is most lovely when the door opens, then the sound of bells comes and its entire white is from inside.

LED Board for Sai Dental Clinic, Raipur Road Dehradun

Dental Clinic LED Board Design in Dehradun — LED Board designed using Samsung LED Modules, ACP Sheet on Base, MS Framing of 1 inch, Vinyl Stickers on Logo, Letters with Acrylic Sheet and Raising 1inch with ACP White Sheet.

You can see this work, in this we put the LED board in the front, the vinyl sticker on the inside and the sticker on the front glass, which has also been laminated from the top. We have done this work for Sai Dental Clinic, one of whose branches is also in Chamba. Doctor sahab are very good human being and we felt good working with him. In this, we have used material of superior quality. The sheet which is fitted on the base is ACP and the letters made are made of 3mm acrylic sheet.

Vinyl Sticker on Glass — Transparent Vinyl printed with ECO Solvent Machine and Matte Lamination pasted on it.

In this, we have also fitted branded modules and no LED Strip, people in Dehradun are using strip and that is not long lasting solution for light. The vinyl is printed on the logo, which is giving a perfect look to this board. There was confusion in the color combination initially because Dr. Saheb wanted a little dark color but later when he saw the board, he liked it. The name written in it are a little less visible because in that we emptied the sheet with a CNC machine. Acrylic sheet is attached at the back on the back.

Right now the stationary and other work is also incomplete for which the color scheme and the standard has been finalized, whatever work will be done now, it is already known that which color font will be used.

CNC Wall Paneling on Sahastradhara Rd, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). Vijay ji works in a software company. His house is near Touchwood School on Sahastradhara Road. There are flats on both sides in the balcony due to which the privacy was disturbed. For this, they needed a partition that looked good and also cheap. In this partition, we have used two sheets, the top sheet is 12mm and the back 6mm thicker.

The top sheet has been cut with the help of CNC machine. And the back sheet has been fixed as it is. The Iron Framing was already done by the builder, with the help of star screw, the sheet has been attached. In this we have applied 1″ screws. The screw is placed at a distance of 2 feet.

The most difficult task in this was to mix the sheets together because the size was large. Our job’s width was 6 feet and 9 feet while the sheet is 4 feet and 8 feet. You can see in the photo how the sheet has been installed so that the design is also maintained. In this, if the LED light on the side went around, then the view could be better. But it has to be done according to the budget of the client.

LED Sign Board for Rana Eye Centre Rishikesh

And we are always happy to work with such people who actually have an understanding of design and technology. The biggest site in Rishikesh, we have set up one such engineer’s brother who is a doctor. Rana Eye Centre which is quite a famous clinic in itself. We got a chance to work for them. It is situated above Haridwar Road in Ganesh Pur. You can see the front of the building is so well designed with international standards.

We understood the site and the biggest challenge in it was that in the low budget, a sign board was made that could cover the entire 42 feet front. After working on a lot of design, we reached a final design and we started work with some advance payment. You can see in the photo below how much this board has to do. We have made it with 1.5 inch iron pipe. It was made in pieces in Dehradun, after that an ACP sheet was placed on it and after that it was folded together and prepared in Dehradun itself.

Whatever acrylic was used in it was 3mm. All the LED modules installed were from the Samsung company and we prepared its base from the ACP sheet of the Indobond company. We also made the side of the letter with 3mm ACP sheet so that the light does not pass through it for better readability. In this, we wrote the doctor’s name by cutting the ACP sheet from a CNC machine in a box. Inside it we used acrylic sheet and LED modules.

The best thing that mede the glasses with RGB module, you can see its color completely different at night which is very different from the entire board. The weight of the board was very high, we hung the board with the help of hooks and putting Fastener and L Patti. If you also want to make a better design for yourself, then you can contact us. Wooden Name Plate at Hathibarkala Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). Recently, a client of Hathibarkala, Dehradun demanded from us some special name plates of wood. He needed some antique and some durable work. For that, we designed a special name plate, for which first the ACP material plate was given a special shape with the help of CNC machine, which you can see in the photo.

In this, we designed the plate for both the poles, on one side, we designed Ganesh, in which also put the house number below. And on the other side, in whose name Rawat ji put his details. The client’s father finalized this design, after which we started work. The board on the side was made in the same way by picking up the golden colored acrylic letters on the ACP of Alex Brand, but here are some designs that you can see in the image below.
