Antique Metal Gate Arch for Doon Scholars

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 9997833350). We have delivered best MS Arch for main gate with casting in Dehradun for Doon Scholars located in Kedarpur. The width of Arch is 20ft and height is 18ft. Curve height of Arch is 5ft.

Arch sheet material is 18 Guage Mild Steel Sheet and framing material is 2inch by 2inch hollow sections pipes of APL Apollo. Casting used in pillars is heavy and we bought from Guru Kripa, Raja Road.

Without the pillar, there was no class in the gate. It seemed simple before. But it became great as soon as the pillar was installed. First we planned for two castings on both sides but later we used three of them in 3inche square hollow sections. The size of side casting frame is increasing by one inch in each item. You may check in the image.

Letter we used made of 2mm ms sheet and laser work done by Precise fabrication Dehradun. We placed the letters using 1inch long 6mm solid Sariya with iron welding. All fabrication work is done by Aman Fabrication Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.

We completed this in 3 months in the supervision of Manoj Jayant (Civil Work), Sumit Kumar (Design Work), Fabrication work (Amit Pundir), Shahalam Bhai (Carpenter work). We worked very hard for this project and made it like once in a life time. We used best quality of material and best quality of workers, carpenter, plumber, fabricators and transporter (Rajesh Bhai). We delivered 4 storey building, Retail Counter of Ground, Whole Sale on 1st, Studio on 2nd and Covered MS Roof roof. Client was very good and experienced with this kind of work, working with Mr. Manish Goswami Ji was good experience.

Front Facade Designed for Goswami Jewels in Rose Gold Metal Letters with Warm White LEDs
Structure has been installed by excellent fabricators of Dehradun – Aman Fabrication and Faisal Saifi. Pipe used in Base Structure: Apollo 1.5 inch by 1inch Pipe with White Enamel Paint.

Diffuser: Acrylic 2mm Sheet

All CNC work has been done by Sign Art – CNC Routers, Chuna Bhatta, Dehradun. They are best in CNC work.

We don’t know respected Mulla Ji’s name but excellent work has been in his supervision. All Ceiling, walls paint used is Royal Asian Shine and All polish and Duco work is done with Sirca Italy.

All display work has been done by Salman. He is very good at understanding drawing and making new things. He is jewel in our team.

False Ceiling work done by Raju Bhai
Raju bhai has done all our POP Ceiling work. There were not special requirement of any design in ceiling. Ceiling cove height is 6″ only. We have used Phillips COB and Panel lights in the ceiling with warm and cool commination. Structure material in ceiling is 2.5kg GI Prime Channel and Material is Sakarni POP. We have painted it with Asian Royale Shine Paint.

 

Wooden Covering and Scarting of Stairs
Furkan bhai has done excellent work in this project. He is most senior carpenter in Dehradun and has very sharp mind. He has done our Stairs Veener work, Wooden work, Ceiling Paneling work, and made special cabinets.

 

Ceiling Glass work by Shiva Glass
All Glass work has been done by Shiva Glass, GMS Road. They did it perfectly as directed by our design team with accuracy. This Barfi design costed us Rs. 450/sqft for your information. All glass used is Saint Gobain brand with thickness of 6mm.

 

Tarantino Italian Marble Iron Stairs
We used tarantino marble in this projects and purchased it from Nautiyal Marble located on GMS Road, Dehradun. That is good stone for interior.

 

Railing Stainless Steel with Tuffen Glass
Railing has been made with 2″ square Jindal Steel Pipe 304 with 12mm Tuffen Glass purchased from Diamond Tuffen, Roorkee.

 

Special Room with Kitchen at 2nd Floor
Ground is retail counter, first floor is whole sale and on second floor we made special room with kitchen and bathroom. All tile work is Kajaria latest tiles with light color, All kitchen work in HDHMR board. All area is painted with Asian Royale Shine. All tile work has been done by Sonu and Jitendra Thekedar.

 

Tuffen Glass Door with Round Road SS
Sliding door given at Ground size is 3.5ft with 7.5ft height. Round road has been used to slide the gate. Glass thickness is 12mm.

 

Retail Counter for Jewellery Shop in Dehradun
We have made 18ft Display Counter for the showroom. Base Structure 18mm HDHMR, Front with Green Ply 4mm Veener, Top Glass 12mm Tuffen.

 

Metal LED Letter Sign Board Designed at Paltan Bazar Dehradun
Rose Gold Letters at price of Rs. 200/inch has been used in this project. LED – Hi-light, Raising 1″, Male- Female Letter, best quality of Acrylic has been used for illumination. LED letter is installed by Indu Chawla Sir – Our Senior Sign Maker.

Wooden Engraved Shelf Branding for Valley Culture

Engraved Shelf Branding in Dehradun

CNC Carving on MDF and Wood. This brand will grow rapidly if its owners keep moving ahead with this passion. Both the team members came to me for branding for store. He had a sample photo of how he wanted it. He was talking about engraving in some wood. But he did not want to copy the style.

So we did something different, we saw their branding which was already going on and worked on the shape of their planks.

12mm fiber MDF board has been used to make it. Which belongs to the Action company. After that it was engraved with the 90 Degree tool from Prince Router Machine. 

After that it was natural polished by Asian Brand.
Valley Culture India’s Owner liked the job, it took a week to complete it, we tried with laser too but laser could not prove to be effective in it. We hope that this company touches the heights.

December 2020 Miscellaneous Interior Projects in Dehradun

Right now the interior work is going on, so the final video which is not finished will be uploaded soon.

It had to reflect light from inside the stone of the counter, for which a lot of efforts had to be made. For this, we bought the best Nano white stone, which was a stone of range of Rs 550 per square feet, we got it from the Nautiyal Marble which is on GMS Road. It also has LED lights from Philips and below light which is showing at the bottom of the counter is of Havells. All light are warm white shade. This counter has become very grand, it is a different fun to lay hands on it, the light that is coming out making is so smart and classic. This special counter is made for Mr. Mandeep Chouhan owner of The Colony Cafe, Raipur, Dehradun.

We have made some specials in their LED board as well. You can see in the video that it has been made by mixing with many materials and the color shade which is also good and it is a good thing that the expenditure has come to only Rs. 20,000. We have used Surya LED, Alex ACP Sheet, Appollo MS Pipes, Havells Wire, Alex WPC Sheet, etc.

We have built this temple for our most special clients, they were connected to us long back. She has spent a total of Rs 40,000 to build this entire temple. In which the entire covering of WPC Sheet has been done by our team. For mandir we have provide two side boxes and main 5ft by 3ft Temple. All material used here is branded Hettich Fittings, Action Brand HDMR Water Proof Board, Black Cobra WPC Sheet with Hollow Look and Havells LED inside.

This too was a amazing task. worked in the client army, he has just retired and has built a villa in Dehradun. They wanted a Jaali/ Grid boundary wall, then we have done it by doing excellent work. We have used 12mm WPC Jali with MS Framing of 1 inch with 2ft by 2ft Grid.

Special LED Board for Cakes & Flakes Race Course Dehradun!!!

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). We have created this board for Sahil Arora ji who has opened an outlet in Dehradun at Suri Chowk of Race Course.
The size of this board is 10 feet wide and 3 feet high. This board is made by cutting a white ACP sheet of Alex Brand whose color is white with CNC machine. This design can be called hollow LED Board Design.

The LED Modules used in it are from the Hi-Light company in bright white color. The power supply that has been used in this also belongs to the Hi-light company. An iron frame has been used in it. The color combination that has been made is made by vinyl paste on a transparent acrylic sheet which is printed from HP machine.

Its installation was the most difficult. It took a lot of effort to install it. It had to be fitted with aluminum L strip. Below are the complete material details used in this board:

  2. Acrylic Transparent Sheet 2mm for Backside
  3. ACP Alex Brand White Color
  4. LED Modules Hi-Light Brand with Power Supply
  5. Printed translucent vinyl printed in required colors.

Himalaya Natural Product Branding at Haridwar Road Dehradun

This work has been done for Mr. Lokmani, advocate by profession, they have started Himalaya Natural Products in Dehradun. Office is located on Haridwar Road. This work is finalized within minutes and we created and pasted these logo in 2 days. Logo is pasted on L-Patti of Aluminium for Strong Durability.

Material Details are:

  • 3mm Silver Acrylic for Himalaya Icon Brand A-Caste with 6mm Acrylic Transparent of same brand
  • Himalaya Text is made with 3mm Golden Mirror Alex Sheet with 1inch Raising Manually
  • Below Tagline text is 3mm Black Acrylic of A-Caste Brand pasted over 6mm Transparent Acrylic
  • Pasted with Aluminum L Patti for Durability
