Something different had to be made and the biggest thing was to make it in a wooden finish which could not be spoiled even by water.
ACP + Acrylic Name Plate designed for MB Homes, Dehradun
We did some work in a township named “MB Homes located on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun” and the owner of this apartment building liked it, he called us to a meeting and asked us to make a sign in round shape in some wood. But the biggest problem was that it could be damage in water if it was in the wood. First, we gave them an option that we will be coating on Pine Wood and Saal Wood so that it does not deteriorate. But the option was not worked.
Then we told about the ACP sheet of Alex Brand in which the wood texture comes and sent them some photos in which the item was shown on the photo itself. The client liked it and in the photo above you can see how good the work looks. In this, we raised the letters from a 3mm acrylic sheet of white color.

It was looking great because in this we used 1.5 inch Studds. They were used to make the plate rise up from the wall and to maintain the 1 inch gap in the middle. In this, we also put screws in the star, in which there is no problem of rust. You can see the fixing accessories in the image below.

She had to get some special partitions forged for the boundary wall at home. This house is located on GMS Road in Dehradun. In which a wall of about 100 feet was to be 2 feet high. Budget was also less in this and work can be seen in the photo.

In this, most attention was given to design, they should have designed something different. He downloaded some photos from the net and sent to us, we made a similar design. The design has been prepared by combining two designs, you can see below how classic this pattern looks.

High Density Material was used in it, which is about 70 rupees per square feet. In this, we have used material of Cobra company which is available from Kwality Hardware in Dehradun. We have also milled it very carefully because there is a danger of breakdown of the WPC in such fine work. This was about 5 sheets, which we had to fix at the client’s house. For which the client had already installed frames in MS and painted them on white.

Duco Paint Finish, CNC Jali, Acrylic Golden Letter, ACP Sheet, Cabinet and what didn’t we do to build this temple. This work has been done on Canal Road which is a road adjoining Rajpur Road. We got this project online, the client had no budget problem, he just wanted good work.
Whatever material was used in it belonged to the Action Company and Paint of Asian Company. Whatever light work was done, it’s brand is Samsung. The most attractive thing in this is the door and the bells hanging on it. Its door is made of MDF Material, we made two 30mm thickness by pasting two boards together and then processed in CNC Cutting machine.

After that we designed Krishna with the help of CNC machine on 8mm MDF sheet which is easily available even on the internet. Then painted it well in white. After that we put a gap of 2 Inch and put LED Strip on the side with the help of Sunboard. Then attached the design to the wall with the help of Star screw so that it can be easily removed and applied in future also.

Along with this, we also put Gayatri Mantra of Golden color on the side wall. It was mounted on Alex Sheet with the help of special screw which you can see in the photo. The project is excellent but due to some shortcomings is not being sold on time, we told them some things that will increase their sales. Arrow sign poles were the first among them. Because in any planned township the most important are its sign poles. And we also gave sign poles of excellent quality, in which we provided stickers for both sides. On the main side, we put radium sticker and vinyl on the other side because when villas are built here, the other side will have no meaning.

To make them, we used 1.5 inch thick pipe which is an iron of excellent quality, Apollo. And then the base that was prepared is of Alex, in which we selected green color. Then applied digital printed radium on it. It took a lot of effort because all the signs were different.
In this work we applied Alex ACP sheet of 3mm and iron 7 kg. It was our responsibility to put it on the site too, which we completed on time. There is still more work to be done which we have proposed to the township owner. We are working on it.

The client had two types of requirements here that it should not be spoiled in water and we took only photographs from them and made this design according to our own. We used Alex 3mm (ACP Sheet) for the base and pasted digitally printed vinyl on it.
And the biggest concern was that she had called two or four people earlier who did not do their work or else they have so much time to keep calling for this small work. So we started the work by confirmation on the mail with a very professional attitude. And gave them work on time without any advance and delay. Below are the images when we fixed all these signs.

We had a very good experience by doing this project for THDC, in it we had to do some branding for their multipurpose hall. In this work we have used the best material such as LG radium vinyl, Alex sheet and Samsung LED modules. It was the toughest thing in it to offer a very simple and nice look. Because the government can not flatten in the works.
We have designed special LED Board using ACP Base, Acrylic Letters, Radium Vinyl and MS Framing for THDC Koteshwar Government Department.
In the image above, you may see that we have used navy blue color base and we have raised letters with a milky white color. The borders on four sides has got more beauty on board. The lights we have put in this board will never be spoiled by water. In the photo below you can see which modules we have used to make this board.
