Doon Grammar School Steel Sign Board in Dehradun

The owner liked our concept and order was finalized in 30 minute meeting. He did not bargain even a single rupee so the pressure has come on us to give our best quality. The owners of the school were very clear what they wanted.

Demand of Client:

  • He had already left a space in the middle of the gate on which the sign board of the school was fixed.
  • They wanted 3D letters of steel.
  • He wanted a blue color background.
  • They didn’t want light in the board, they were going to put the focus lights from above.
  • They wanted the board soon, we had only 8 days time.

Process:

  • We started work by taking 50% advance.
  • In this, first of all, we did the framing on the site in which 1.5 inch square and 1 inch square pipe was used.
  • After that, after doing red oxide treatment on the frame and joint filling, we placed an order for the peneling sheet.
  • We ordered Alex Brand wrap sheets and the sheets were delivered to us the very next day.
  • Also we got the letters laser cut and started welding.
  • After all the letters are ready, we fix the nut bolts in the letters so that they are firmly fixed on the paneling sheet.
  • After that we prepared the board completely and welded it on the above site.
  • Small letters we pasted directly with the help of heavy gumming.
  • After that we got the logo done installed it as well.
  • Cleaned and finalized the board after completion.

Materials:

  • FRAMING: 1.5in Square APL Apollo Pipe for Main Frame and 1in Square for collar.
  • SHEET: ALEX ACP Sheet Exterior Grade in Navy Blue Color
  • LETTERS: 20 Gouge Steel 304 Grade with MIG Welding
  • LOGO: Itching with Black Color on SS

Costings:

  • Letters @ Rs. 150/height-inch
  • Base @ Rs. 200/sqft
  • Installation @ Rs. 5,000/unit

Hotel Amit LED Board in Rudraprayag

In Rudraprayag, we have recently set up a site in which the party had already done the app paneling. In this, white colored lead letters were to be placed on top of the red color app sheet. We installed this site ourselves, the way to reach Rudraprayag is amazing. After the site was installed, it looked great, you can see in the images that we have written the name of the hotel in a slightly different typography.

There was a slight problem in setting up the site, the party had asked for proper padding, but we only got a ladder there, due to which the alignment of the letters got a bit messed up. If you want to do any installation or branding, please clear beforehand what can be found on your site and what is not.

And it is also fun to work with them and the product turns out to be awesome. Ravinder Choudhary ji also turned out to be such a client. When we were installing the board of Evergreen Home Company on Canal Road, we met him and he ordered us to repair the board of his saloon.

When we went to see the board, we felt that instead of repairing it, it is better to install a board of new concept, their partners are very smart minded, they understood the concept and we finalized the deal to make some decent board which will give corporate look. We prepared and sent the design of the board as per their demand. We started the work by taking advance payment. The most difficult task in this board was to make its background which was to be made of hollow pipe in louvers look.

For this, we used a 1 inch square pipe, with a gap of 1 inch. Initially, we were thinking of installing metal sheet at the backside, but to avoid any kind of wiring problem, 6mm fiber sheet was used at the back. After the frame was completed, we painted it twice. For this, we did red oxide first and then enamel paint with the help of spray gun, which gave a great finish. After making the frame, acrylic letters were placed on it, for which we used ACP sheet for raising.

In this, the letters that we see on the right hand were also made in a metal box, for that 2mm metal sheet was used. To fix it, 6 clamps were made on it and the board was fixed on the site in 2 pieces. The party liked the board very much, we also felt good after completing it. Cafe owned by musicians, this tag suits this business. We designed few partitions, ceilings, light decors at this place. The thing that came out is the best, the taste of the boys has to be accepted. There are three to four boys, all have designed the space with great effort. In this our main task was to design the front glass door which is made in plain dark shade glass with iron framing in duco matte finish.

Biggest LED Sign Pole for Restaurant in Dehradun

TIMELINE:

  1. Advance taken for material 70%.
  2. Next day material delivered on site.
  3. Side by side we started the ACP CNC work.
  4. On 3rd Day we completed the Fabrication work on site
  5. 4rth Day we installed the site with Hydra and our strong army.

We have made this work for a cloud kitchen located in Dharampur in Dehradun. Sardar ji had come to us with an idea that we will make the board by hanging it in the middle. But that board is not visible from both the sides, so we asked them to make a pole whose height will be 25 feet and it will be visible from both the sides. Then the work was done on the budget and the work started. We did a great job from our side.

Apollo’s 1-inch hollow pipe has been used to make it. And red oxide was treated on it. Later, a CNC cut design was applied to it. In which red color acrylic was installed from inside. After that many modules were installed in it and later it was closed from the back with black colored flex.

We used acp of ALEX Brand, frame of Apollo, light of Hi-Light Brand and acrylic of A-Cast Company. This is one year warranty product. If you are looking for sign of your business feel free to contact us.

Medical Store Furniture Designed on Shimla Byepass Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. We recently gave the complete furniture design of a medical store. We completed this store in 2 weeks. In this, we had made many storage cabinets which were 7 feet in height. In this, as can be seen in the photo, the color combination was of green and white color.

For this store we used all material Action company’s HDHMR board and the laminate which was all Marino company’s. All fittings used by the Hettich. After completion, a very beautiful look came out. Our senior carpenter Salman done over the entire planning of this work and executed it very well.  The good thing was that we finished it in time, which gave the owner a lot of time to do other things.

Steel Metal & Neon Signs for Boutique in Dehradun

This site is our very favorite site Designed by Studiarchronicles.  We have done all branding work at this site. In which the frame on which the letters are placed is half an inch and the letter which is there is a sheet of 20 gauge. The size of these letters is 1 feet and behind them we have installed a 5 mm sunboard on which our light is fixed. This light is water proof and its supply is kept in the balcony above.

We took a week to make this site, the work was more, steel Jindal has been used in this, LED light is from Samsung and the acrylic which is visible from the front is white A-cast. The framing of the neon signs we have made in this is also made of steel. We have put this job in a salon located on Chakrata Road in Dehradun. Which has been made very beautifully by the interior designer. We have done more work in this boutique whose pictures are given below.

LED Board for Brahamastra Gym on Rajpur Road Dehradun

A friend of ours was doing some fabrication work for Bharat Khanna ji, he got us this job. This board is made at a very reasonable price, just what we wanted on Rajpur road. Meaning if you want something different, we will give it to you at a lower price. The size of this Brahamastra’s board is 16 feet wide and its height is 4 feet.

In this, the base material of Alex company has been installed, whose color is gloss white. In this, we also have a frame made by the Apollo company, and then all the acrylic work done in it, in which the letters are made, is all A-Cast.

In this, we have also used the lights of the high light company, in this we have installed about 500 modules. And it also has 2 power supplies. Its frame is made in this Wave shape by Faisal Bhai, who is our best quality fabricator. Its most difficult task was to reach it at a height of 15 feet. We reached it with great difficulty and then welded firmly. So that there will never be any problem in it.

Special LED Board for Cakes & Flakes Race Course Dehradun!!!

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). We have created this board for Sahil Arora ji who has opened an outlet in Dehradun at Suri Chowk of Race Course.
The size of this board is 10 feet wide and 3 feet high. This board is made by cutting a white ACP sheet of Alex Brand whose color is white with CNC machine. This design can be called hollow LED Board Design.

The LED Modules used in it are from the Hi-Light company in bright white color. The power supply that has been used in this also belongs to the Hi-light company. An iron frame has been used in it. The color combination that has been made is made by vinyl paste on a transparent acrylic sheet which is printed from HP machine.

Its installation was the most difficult. It took a lot of effort to install it. It had to be fitted with aluminum L strip. Below are the complete material details used in this board:
