- On 3rd Day we completed the Fabrication work on site

We have made this work for a cloud kitchen located in Dharampur in Dehradun. Sardar ji had come to us with an idea that we will make the board by hanging it in the middle. But that board is not visible from both the sides, so we asked them to make a pole whose height will be 25 feet and it will be visible from both the sides. Then the work was done on the budget and the work started. We did a great job from our side.
Apollo’s 1-inch hollow pipe has been used to make it. And red oxide was treated on it. Later, a CNC cut design was applied to it. In which red color acrylic was installed from inside. After that many modules were installed in it and later it was closed from the back with black colored flex.
We used acp of ALEX Brand, frame of Apollo, light of Hi-Light Brand and acrylic of A-Cast Company. This is one year warranty product. If you are looking for sign of your business feel free to contact us.
Customized CNC Exterior Jali for Front Elevation
Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. CNC Front Elevation with 12mm WPC Fiber Jali waterproof material in white color. We provide modern designs, fully customized as your requirement. The WPC mesh that is visible here, we have installed it in a house located on Canal Road. This type of design takes a little more time, so its casting also comes less than normal. We also have our own team of fabrication, so we complete and give the project.
TIMELINE:

- Paint with Red-oxide completed on 3rd day.
- Jali installed on 5th Day.
In this, we also give paint along with primer, frame and paint will have to be charged separately, which will cost you from Rs 50 to Rs 150 per square feet, according to the need. The jali that is visible here has 4-foot squares in it, in which we have used a 1.5-inch Apollo company‘s hollow pipe. The WPC used in this is taken from Kwality Hardware, this is a 12 mm thick sheet of Black Cobra brand. If you also want to use this type of mesh in your home, then you can take our services.
Medical Store Furniture Designed on Shimla Byepass Dehradun
Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. We recently gave the complete furniture design of a medical store. We completed this store in 2 weeks. In this, we had made many storage cabinets which were 7 feet in height. In this, as can be seen in the photo, the color combination was of green and white color.
For this store we used all material Action company’s HDHMR board and the laminate which was all Marino company’s. All fittings used by the Hettich. After completion, a very beautiful look came out. Our senior carpenter Salman done over the entire planning of this work and executed it very well. The good thing was that we finished it in time, which gave the owner a lot of time to do other things.

Antique Metal Gate Arch for Doon Scholars
Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 9997833350). We have delivered best MS Arch for main gate with casting in Dehradun for Doon Scholars located in Kedarpur. The width of Arch is 20ft and height is 18ft. Curve height of Arch is 5ft.
Arch sheet material is 18 Guage Mild Steel Sheet and framing material is 2inch by 2inch hollow sections pipes of APL Apollo. Casting used in pillars is heavy and we bought from Guru Kripa, Raja Road.
Without the pillar, there was no class in the gate. It seemed simple before. But it became great as soon as the pillar was installed. First we planned for two castings on both sides but later we used three of them in 3inche square hollow sections. The size of side casting frame is increasing by one inch in each item. You may check in the image.
Letter we used made of 2mm ms sheet and laser work done by Precise fabrication Dehradun. We placed the letters using 1inch long 6mm solid Sariya with iron welding. All fabrication work is done by Aman Fabrication Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.

Prefabricated Building Extensions at ₹900/sqft

They required extra living space on their ground floor roof. It was best work our fabrication, electric and plumbing team done ever.
We have used 8mm Bison Panels on both side of APL Apollo Hollow Pipe 1.5inch square. We used 2inch thick thermacol on ceiling for heat and sound control. We placed switch boards windows and gates of MS and all electric accessories of Parryware. We also provided on bathroom size 8ft by 10ft with tile work on walls and floor. Our plumbing team done wonderful work you mat see in pictures. We have used 6″ Supreme PVC Pipes for Solid Waste, and 4″ PVC Pipes for Rain Water and Waste Pipe. We have used Astral CPVC 1″ Pipe for Inlet.
There are 5 different types of work to be done prefabricated home and office.
- Structure:
a) we charge ₹170 per sqft for wall using 12mm Bison board on both sides of 1.5inch Apollo Hollow Pipe.
b) we provide tin shed using .45mm Tata Sheet on roof and use 2inch thermacol for ceiling with 8mm Bison board covering. For that we charge ₹300 per sqft including ceiling work. - Doors and Windows
a) We use double patam metal choukhats for Exterior doors and windows and flush door for interior. For that we charge ₹350 per sqft. - Electric and Plumbing
We charge ₹18 for electric work and ₹8000 for per bathroom. For extra plumbing work we charge ₹4000 like kitchen plumbing. All electric and plumbing fittings and accessories to be provided by owner. Solar line charges will be extra. - Paint work
We charge ₹15 per sqft for Exterior paint work using Dam Proof of Asian and ₹15 for interior using Tractor Emulsion of Asian Paints. - Tile and stone work
We charge ₹40 per sqft for tile work and tiles to be provided by owner. Breakup of this cost is Rs. 15 for Labour and Rs. 25 for Base Material.

Steel Metal & Neon Signs for Boutique in Dehradun

We have done all branding work at this site. In which the frame on which the letters are placed is half an inch and the letter which is there is a sheet of 20 gauge. The size of these letters is 1 feet and behind them we have installed a 5 mm sunboard on which our light is fixed. This light is water proof and its supply is kept in the balcony above.
We took a week to make this site, the work was more, steel Jindal has been used in this, LED light is from Samsung and the acrylic which is visible from the front is white A-cast. The framing of the neon signs we have made in this is also made of steel. We have put this job in a salon located on Chakrata Road in Dehradun. Which has been made very beautifully by the interior designer. We have done more work in this boutique whose pictures are given below.

Very genuine person Mr. Rahul Singh is operating Bikaner Misthan Bhandar at Harbatpur, Uttarakhand. We designed and installed 23ft by 13ft led board with wooden acp base.
As always we don’t compromise with our quality, we used Alex Wooden Shade Exterior ACP costing ₹125/sqft. We used 3mm A-Cast Acrylic for letters front and ACP Black Gloss for raising. All raising is black and for Bikaner its 3inches, for other letters it’s 2inches. We used LED of Hi-light with 400watt 2 nos. Power Supply.
We Installed the site in 3 days time with our best team. Designs of sides is covering 3ft width all it done with acp grooving by our Carpenter Salman. All Fabrication work is done by Faisal Bhai. Best part is all Acrylic used is 3mm thicker that is making the letters very strong. We have used the Apollo MS pipe in framing the structure. All this work is installed without any padding at the front. We have also installed one more sign at Orchid hotel/restaurant near Smile Store in Vikasnagar.
