Tin Shed Insalled in Sisauni, Deoband, Saharanpur

The shed that has been built in Sisauni village has been built at the place of former Pradhan Sandeep Rana ji. He had an open chowk in the house which had to be covered. The area was big and had to be covered on double height. Although we are residents of Saharanpur but still we were contacted through online website.

We understood his need and gave him the budget. He has his own brick bhatta, so he has a lot of knowledge about this construction and fabrication field. He has an in-house architect, he finalised the color deed according to Vastu. After the consent of both, the work was started.

Job Processing:

  • We bought iron from Deoband only. and delivered on site.
  • Red Oxide was done on the material.
  • First the truss was prepared, after that the pillars were erected.
  • Trusses were fixed, all pipe ends were closed.
  • After that the purlin was welded at a gap of 3ft.
  • The sheet was purchased from Selaqui, Dehradun only.
  • In this, the gutter was first installed and then the sheet was held with metal screws.
  • Ridges were installed at the top.
  • Proper silicone sealant was applied to the shade.
  • Shed was ready to serve Pradhan ji.

Metal CNC Glazing for Uday Gaur Ji at Govind Vihar, Sahastradhara Rd

Metal Jali Designed for Uday Gaur ji at Govind Vihar, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

Uday Gaur ji is a forest officer, he has built his house in Govind Vihar. He has a sense of art, he contacted us for CNC jali work on some glazing on the building’s side. We showed him the physical samples which had both fiber and metal options. He finalized the metal and also selected the design from the online catalog of our website. Below are the details given.

 

Client Demand:

  • There was total 6 nos. glazing.
  • The client wanted a light gray colour.
  • The client wanted a cnc mesh/jali design that was not associated with any religion, a neutral design.
  • We had to do the entire work, in which framing and fixing would also be done by us.

Job Process:

  • We first went to the site and took the sizes. The sizes were different for all the areas. Even the size of the top and bottom of the window was also different.
  • Accordingly, we prepared frames which were made in 1 inch hollow pipe.
  • After finalizing the design, we adjusted them according to the size and sent them for cutting.
  • Laser cutting was done with oxygen gas and the mesh was made on 2mm sheet.
  • The mesh was welded to the frame and finished.
  • After that enamel paint was done in gray color in which first primer and then enamel paint was done.
  • Then we delivered the finished materials to the site and fixed all with the help of L connectors.

The owner liked our concept and order was finalized in 30 minute meeting. He did not bargain even a single rupee so the pressure has come on us to give our best quality. The owners of the school were very clear what they wanted.

Demand of Client:

  • He had already left a space in the middle of the gate on which the sign board of the school was fixed.
  • They wanted 3D letters of steel.
  • He wanted a blue color background.
  • They didn’t want light in the board, they were going to put the focus lights from above.
  • They wanted the board soon, we had only 8 days time.

Process:

  • We started work by taking 50% advance.
  • In this, first of all, we did the framing on the site in which 1.5 inch square and 1 inch square pipe was used.
  • After that, after doing red oxide treatment on the frame and joint filling, we placed an order for the peneling sheet.
  • We ordered Alex Brand wrap sheets and the sheets were delivered to us the very next day.
  • Also we got the letters laser cut and started welding.
  • After all the letters are ready, we fix the nut bolts in the letters so that they are firmly fixed on the paneling sheet.
  • After that we prepared the board completely and welded it on the above site.
  • Small letters we pasted directly with the help of heavy gumming.
  • After that we got the logo done installed it as well.
  • Cleaned and finalized the board after completion.

Pergola Designed for CP Joshi Ji, Shimla Bye Pass, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350).  We have done a lot of work with the engineers. And every time one gets to learn from them. Joshi ji leave at Prakash Lok Colony near Shimla Bye Pass. They contacted us through our website and was very clear about what they wanted.

Demand of Client:

Joshi ji has given the above portion on rent. They didn’t have tiles on the porch so they wanted to avoid rain water at the same time they needed sunlight. The did not have any budget issue and was aware about the price range.

Area:

Pergola area was 23ft Depth and 26ft Width. It was to be fixed on ground floor roof. In this, we made a grid of 3ft, in which 3in by 1.5in Apollo pipes were used. We have given 6in tails in front to make our design look more beautiful.

Materials:

  • We used 3in Square for Pillars.
  • For Grid we used 3in by 1.5in Hollow Pipe
  • We painted it white with Asian Paints Emulsion
  • Sheet we used was 2mm Polycarbonate Frosted Sheet.

Pergola Designed at Mohkampur, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). Sunil ji took a very quick decision and started the work by giving evening day advance. His test is very good, he was very clear what he want. It took us 5 working days to do this work. Pergola size was 17ft by 11ft. We kept its color white, we applied enamel of white color over it by Asian Paints. We used Apollo 18 gauge pipes and kept some 20 gauge pipes as well. Because costing had to be managed as well as strength. Making more strong than necessary also makes a difference in costing and its waste of money.

The size of the grid we have kept here is 2.5 feet by 2.5 feet. And 3in b 1.5in pipes have been used vertically. In the front of this pergola we have made a 6 inch tail which is giving it more beauty. In this we have used polycarbonate sheet of 2mm. This pergola is a product of the range of Rs.270 per feet.

There was one late decision in this work, the pillar you see in some of the images was removed later. Due to this the pergola was

Veener False Ceiling Completed for Jai Prakash Ji’s Residence in Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). Jaiprakash ji has great knowledge about all technical work at home. Retired from government job but what a wonderful man. Describing the name of our company as very good, they put a lot of pressure on us to do good work. It was a very simple and classy work but it took a lot of time to do it.

First we finalized the design, his son who lives in Canada sent all the designs. After finalizing the design, we started the work of POP, it was an area of ​​about 1000 sqft, so it took more than 10 days to do it. In this, we used prime channels, used heavy wali mess and used POP material of Sakarni Brand. You can see in the image below what is the finish after pop.

 

After this, MDF paste was done in the lobby area, in which 4mm Action TESA MDF was pasted with the help of fevicol and nails. And the ply was fixed in the lower drawing room area. We had already put channels where the ply was to be fixed. After that a veneer was applied on the ply, in which we applied a 4 mm thick Greenply veneer. In exterior work of Delby WPC Lowers was done. Interior Designer work in Dehradun – Penthouse Renovation

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). A few days ago we were approached by a Pune based architect Rashida ji. He had a client in Dehradun who had just bought a penthouse and wanted some renovations. We met the client and gave our costings, after a lot of work out the work was finalized.

Rashida ji is a very good architect, her designing was superb. It took us 90 days to complete this project because everything had to go above about 8th floors. There was also civil work in it, the size of the rooms was to be increased and a roof garden was to be built on top. In this, everything from electric work to paint had to be redone. Most of the places were to have wooden flooring and on the 1st floor there was outdoor tile work. There was a lot of work in fabrication and furniture design as well. Had to remodel the kitchen.

Hotel Amit LED Board in Rudraprayag

In Rudraprayag, we have recently set up a site in which the party had already done the app paneling. In this, white colored lead letters were to be placed on top of the red color app sheet. We installed this site ourselves, the way to reach Rudraprayag is amazing. After the site was installed, it looked great, you can see in the images that we have written the name of the hotel in a slightly different typography.

There was a slight problem in setting up the site, the party had asked for proper padding, but we only got a ladder there, due to which the alignment of the letters got a bit messed up. If you want to do any installation or branding, please clear beforehand what can be found on your site and what is not.

Mandir Arch and Chowki at Panache Valley, Sahastradhara Rd, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). Recently, our special property dealer Kamal Saini ji gave us the reference of a client in Dehradun. Client is doing job in Dubai and his house is on Sahastradhara Road at Panache Valley Society. He had given the temple at the entry itself, in which he had to install a nice backdrop and a door. We understood their taste and can see in the image below, we have made a complete arch in which 1ft space has been covered from both the sides.

Chowki Details: In this, we have made a post of 18 inches, on which Century’s 1mm laminate has been applied. Apart from that, the white laminate is of advanced .8mm high gloss. It has a high gloss brown finish on top with a wooden texture. The two drawers are 18in deep with front knob handles of premium quality.

Backdrop Details: In this we have done off white duco color on top of 12mm WPC sheet. The depth of the box is 3 inches, inside which there is a warm white color LED Strip Light of the Wipro company. Its size is 3ft square.

CNC Jali Entry: 18mm MDF Board with CNC Cutting has been used for jali. Polish has been done by our expert carpenter. All polish material is of Asian Company. We have put molding on the sides for strength.
