Interior Designer work in Dehradun – Penthouse Renovation

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). A few days ago we were approached by a Pune based architect Rashida ji. He had a client in Dehradun who had just bought a penthouse and wanted some renovations. We met the client and gave our costings, after a lot of work out the work was finalized.

Rashida ji is a very good architect, her designing was superb. It took us 90 days to complete this project because everything had to go above about 8th floors. There was also civil work in it, the size of the rooms was to be increased and a roof garden was to be built on top. In this, everything from electric work to paint had to be redone. Most of the places were to have wooden flooring and on the 1st floor there was outdoor tile work. There was a lot of work in fabrication and furniture design as well. Had to remodel the kitchen.

Below we have put the pictures of how it looked after some work, you can see for yourself what kind of products were worked on.

Complete renovation of room done including, modular bed with headboard, chester, wall moldings, paint and electric.

Hotel Amit LED Board in Rudraprayag

In Rudraprayag, we have recently set up a site in which the party had already done the app paneling. In this, white colored lead letters were to be placed on top of the red color app sheet. We installed this site ourselves, the way to reach Rudraprayag is amazing. After the site was installed, it looked great, you can see in the images that we have written the name of the hotel in a slightly different typography.

There was a slight problem in setting up the site, the party had asked for proper padding, but we only got a ladder there, due to which the alignment of the letters got a bit messed up. If you want to do any installation or branding, please clear beforehand what can be found on your site and what is not.

Mandir Arch and Chowki at Panache Valley, Sahastradhara Rd, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction Company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir – 9997833350). Recently, our special property dealer Kamal Saini ji gave us the reference of a client in Dehradun. Client is doing job in Dubai and his house is on Sahastradhara Road at Panache Valley Society. He had given the temple at the entry itself, in which he had to install a nice backdrop and a door. We understood their taste and can see in the image below, we have made a complete arch in which 1ft space has been covered from both the sides.

Chowki Details: In this, we have made a post of 18 inches, on which Century’s 1mm laminate has been applied. Apart from that, the white laminate is of advanced .8mm high gloss. It has a high gloss brown finish on top with a wooden texture. The two drawers are 18in deep with front knob handles of premium quality.

Backdrop Details: In this we have done off white duco color on top of 12mm WPC sheet. The depth of the box is 3 inches, inside which there is a warm white color LED Strip Light of the Wipro company. Its size is 3ft square.

CNC Jali Entry: 18mm MDF Board with CNC Cutting has been used for jali. Polish has been done by our expert carpenter. All polish material is of Asian Company. We have put molding on the sides for strength.

Transparent Polycarbonate Pergola on 3rd Floor at Clement Town Dehradun

Complete Installation of Polycarbonate Pergola at 3rd Floor, Clement Town Dehradun for Army Personals. Total Area 600 sqft. Sheet 3mm Transparent Polycarbonate Sheet. Cost Rs. 335/sqft.

We did this project for army personnel, their taste was excellent, we got to learn a lot by working with them. In this we have used rectangular frames. We used Holo Pipes of Apollo Company. In this, we have made a grid of 3ft by 3ft, in which center to center 3ft space has been left.

In this pergola, we have painted wooden, in which very fine teak color resha has been added. After primer all the paint work has been done by expert painter. All paint used from from Asian company.

After that we put 2mm polycarbonate sheet over it. The party wanted a transparent sheet, so it was installed. The sheet was purchased in a roll of 6 feet because the sheet does not stop when the pipe comes in the center. Screws were installed on 1ft gap, and silicone was also used properly, all screws were of Hettich company and silicone was of Astral company.

CNC Jali work at Clement Town Site, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Design and Construction company in Dehradun. We got to do a little CNC, HPL, Polish work near the Graphic Era University in Clement Town for a retired army officer. There was some hpl paneling on front elevation, drawing room ceiling cnc work and mandir arch work In the front elevation, the high-pressured laminate was to be fitted in the front on borders of CNC Jali.

Designer Steel Railing installed in Ballupur Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. We have fixed this 4 feet railing at Arpit Jain ji’s place at Ballupur Chowk in Dehradun. The most beautiful thing about the railing is that it has been installed from the front. It is overlapped by 9 inches on the front slab. Primer was already done on it at the workshop and paint is completed after installation.

Tin Shed at Salan Gaon Masoorie Road, Dehradun

People in Dehradun and Mussoorie are super interested in slope roofs, but if the civil work is not done properly, then they also face problems. We often get such clients who have the problem of water coming from the roof, and they want to manage it with tin shed. We have recently done the work of a Professor Madam in Salan village, in which a shed was to be built on her entire roof.

The material we used in this was all branded. It took 15 days to do this work. In this, we got the work done from shed to down pipe of plumbing. This entire work was done under the supervision of Amit Pundir ji, and Naushad Bhai, Faisal and Danish were involved in the work. Material details given below:

Her N Sir, Saloon LED Board, Rajpur Road, Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. There are very few people whose thoughts and ideas are similar to yours. And it is also fun to work with them and the product turns out to be awesome. Ravinder Choudhary ji also turned out to be such a client. When we were installing the board of Evergreen Home Company on Canal Road, we met him and he ordered us to repair the board of his saloon.

When we went to see the board, we felt that instead of repairing it, it is better to install a board of new concept, their partners are very smart minded, they understood the concept and we finalized the deal to make some decent board which will give corporate look. We prepared and sent the design of the board as per their demand. We started the work by taking advance payment. The most difficult task in this board was to make its background which was to be made of hollow pipe in louvers look.

For this, we used a 1 inch square pipe, with a gap of 1 inch. Initially, we were thinking of installing metal sheet at the backside, but to avoid any kind of wiring problem, 6mm fiber sheet was used at the back. After the frame was completed, we painted it twice. For this, we did red oxide first and then enamel paint with the help of spray gun, which gave a great finish. After making the frame, acrylic letters were placed on it, for which we used ACP sheet for raising.

In this, the letters that we see on the right hand were also made in a metal box, for that 2mm metal sheet was used. To fix it, 6 clamps were made on it and the board was fixed on the site in 2 pieces. The party liked the board very much, we also felt good after completing it. We have made this shed structure at Tapovan Dehradun. The center structure is 32 feet by 30 feet in 4 slopes. And the two side huts are 18 feet wide and 16 feet deep. The big one’s height is 13 feet and the center height of the huts is 10 feet.

The client Mr. Verma has a lot of technical knowledge, he helped a lot in making the structures. We just followed him and achieved it. It took us 20 days to complete this work.

Structure is made of APL Apollo hollow sections. In which pillar is 4 inch square, rafter 2 inch square, truss 3 inch by 1.5 inch and perlin is 2 inch square. The structure was painted in light teak color after red oxide treatment. The gutter and top color has been kept white and the sheet color has been graphite grey. The slope of the gutter was placed on the edges, so that the shade looks good even after the down pipe is installed.

The sheet used is of Tata Durashine which comes with 15 years of color warranty and 45 years of sheet warranty. The structure has been made by Atesham – our iron man, the color has been done by Shubham, and this work has been done under the direction of Amit Pundir and Danish Khan. Faisal has installed gutters in the shed. The costing of such a structure comes to Rs. 220 per square feet.

Led Board for Evergreen Homz, Harika Ventures Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun. We have made these green colored acrylic letters for a real estate company. We have made their sides with acp so that it can be read easily. Its base is fitted with ivory colored ACP sheet which is Alex brand of Kwality hardware.

This board is 16 feet wide and 2 feet high. Its letter size is 10 inches. And all the other text which is written in black color is directly pasted with acrylic. This company has just taken its office on Canal Road. The client has great taste. He didn’t even have to make much effort to make him like the design.

Although it took time to make the logo and we suggest that the corners of the logo should not be too sharp, there is a problem in fitting the modules. LED modules of Hi-Light company are installed in this board. And whatever acrylic is, that too is full size 3mm of A-Cast company.
