Wooden & Tuffen / Toughened Glass Partition for Joshi Bhai

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). The size of partition is 9feet high and 6.5 feet wide. The total cost for this came to 21000 which is around 350 per sq ft. Depth of the partition is 10″. It would have been nice to have more depth than this but space would have taken a lot. The material that we have applied in it is 19mm Green Plywood which has been made 38mm thick by pasting it twice.

On top of that, they have used cheap colored laminate, which was found at the rate of 450 per square feet. Only this is an inexpensive thing because it was a little budget issue. Glass we used is 12mm Tuffon glass which comes to about 200 rupees per square feet. On top of that we have put a frosted sheet 3M by cutting with a plotter. In which a tree design has been made for design, the price of this sticker is Rs 100 per square feet.

In this, we were trying to design CNC cutting first but later the mood changed because too much CNC work was done. It took a whole week to make it. The rest is in front of you. In this we can make very good design, if you are looking for something for your home, then contact us.

There is a story of a small box made in the side below, that glass was cut from the corner, which had a fan inside. But later we used it for partition. Now this will be used to put a flower vase.

LED Board for Sai Dental Clinic, Raipur Road Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). It felt very good today, and after a long time we did our work of choice. It often happens that when the client leaves the work on us, a different pressure comes to give the work better.

LED Board designed using Samsung LED Modules, ACP Sheet on Base, MS Framing of 1 inch, Vinyl Stickers on Logo, Letters with Acrylic Sheet and Raising 1inch with ACP White Sheet.

You can see this work, in this we put the LED board in the front, the vinyl sticker on the inside and the sticker on the front glass, which has also been laminated from the top. We have done this work for Sai Dental Clinic, one of whose branches is also in Chamba. Doctor sahab are very good human being and we felt good working with him. In this, we have used material of superior quality. The sheet which is fitted on the base is ACP and the letters made are made of 3mm acrylic sheet.

In this, we have also fitted branded modules and no LED Strip, people in Dehradun are using strip and that is not long lasting solution for light. The vinyl is printed on the logo, which is giving a perfect look to this board. There was confusion in the color combination initially because Dr. Saheb wanted a little dark color but later when he saw the board, he liked it. The name written in it are a little less visible because in that we emptied the sheet with a CNC machine. Acrylic sheet is attached at the back on the back.

Right now the stationary and other work is also incomplete for which the color scheme and the standard has been finalized, whatever work will be done now, it is already known that which color font will be used.

Opulent Technology – Dehradun Branding

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). Working with the people connected with technology has different fun. This work was something that was done manually and the heart became happy after work. Nishank ji was managing this project on behalf of the company.  He has a good taste of design. Job was small, branding above a glass was required, sticker was to be installed.

The company’s guidelines were to follow and material was also to be used of the best quality. There was no time line in this work, so we also happily planned the job. In this the client had a sample that was to be copied there. The following images are given as to how it looked after the job was installed. In this we charge from the client for 85 rupees per square feet.

There was also a small name plate work. In this we charged a 15 rupees per square inch. Following are the images of name plates.

The work was small but we give importance to every work. It had more than 250 square feet of total work. In this, Circle made us slightly larger so that it is cleaned manually and pasted. Transparent Glass Sticker – Hotel Paradise Dehradun

Doon Projects – Interior Designer and Construction company in Dehradun (Sumit Pundir @ 7060504666). Like every time our name came first in Google‘s best vendor search and Sabir ji gave us a call. There was a lot of clarity in his mind about the work and glass sticker’s material. They wanted to use only film and strips of colors with some text on it. They just wanted to talk about the rates. But we gave them some suggestions to go with transparent glass sticker. We did not waste time.  We captured images of the glass and on the same we provided two defferent designs (check images below).

These are both the designs of the hotel’s glass which we gave to the owner.

In this job we did not charged the cost of design. Just like we do with every new customer.  There is a lot of clarity in it. They liked the design. They made some small changes, after which the job was finalized.

Glass Sticker Costing

In this work we used the LG Vinyl. There were two ways of working in it. First of all, we applied transparent vinyl for circles and for logo and text part we pasted vinyl by cutting it from the router. We charged INR 85 per square feet for the job. You can see the final image below.

Toonz Rajpur Road Showroom Branding & Promotions

Well, we have done a lot of work on Rajpur road but the branding of this store has taken place at a different level. The LED board installed in it has a chrome finish on the sides, in which the reflectors have been used to increase the brightness of the light from inside. In this we had only 3 days to do the job in which we completed the LED Sign Board and the entire store branding. Because the showroom was inaugurated the next day.

The Mumbai-based Toonz company gave us designs and also gave the standard of what material to use in it. In this we have used the material of 3M company for the branding inside. In which the Sunboard is pasted from the back separately. Which means that the wallpaper will last longer. In this we also put two hoardings on Vasant Vihar and Rajpur Road, along with their pamphlet distributed in school and also made Newspaper Insertion.

Branding for Kid Shop at Dehradun

We recently branded a toy shop at Rajpur Road in Dehradun.  In this we have designed their glow sign board, sunboard sticker and some special cartoons with cnc and vinyl stickers. In this we also did pamphlet design and outside the school distribution.

This shop has been opened by two young businesswoman of Dehradun, the interior of the shop done by AD INTERIO, a famed interior company from Dehradun. Due to being on the shop Rajpur road, we have used the best quality material for this board. Most of the material we do for the big brand. The design of the board is so attractive that children will try to go in it.

These boards have been made from the finest material. It has the best quality of Acrylic Sheet. Branded Samsung’s LED lights have also been used. 3M company vinyl with Canon Printing Machine also been used. We have built the base of the board too. Its manufacturing has been set at Rs 40 thousand, in which it has a full board of 12×4. In this, a few pop-up designs have been used. You can see that the owls are out of the frame.

This Doremon design is designed by vinyl prints on 8mm CNC sheet. Prior to this, CNC was painted White Deco and after it was vinyl paste. This design costs about 2 to 4 thousand rupees. But its outward look looks very attractive. Many such works have been done in the shop such as trees, clouds, etc.

The Bus has a sticker on the top of the black color. It is made by Vinyl Paste on SunBoard. More marking has been done in such a way as to what kind of toys have been kept in all the mines, similar markings have been done there.

These stickers are made on Vinyl film, which is harvested by router. It takes 2 to 3 days to do this job. This type of sticker is needed only for the restaurant, boutiques and stores.  Abhishek Sir is a very good businessman, his taste is different for his design, he has thought of giving a different look to the restaurant. We have tried our best.
