ACP Signs at Sherwood School, Dehradun

We have done more work related to branding for Windlass Group, only then we got a chance to work at Sherwood School. There were some signs here, like in the photo you can see Fire Safety, Emergency Exit etc. We discussed with Ms. Shikha about the job work

to be done, she was coordinating from school side.

The client had two types of requirements here that it should not be spoiled in water and we took only photographs from them and made this design according to our own. We used Alex 3mm (ACP Sheet) for the base and pasted digitally printed vinyl on it.

And the biggest concern was that she had called two or four people earlier who did not do their work or else they have so much time to keep calling for this small work. So we started the work by confirmation on the mail with a very professional attitude. And gave them work on time without any advance and delay. Below are the images when we fixed all these signs.

Branded LED Modules Used for ACP Board

We had a very good experience by doing this project for THDC, in it we had to do some branding for their multipurpose hall. In this work we have used the best material such as LG radium vinyl, Alex sheet and Samsung LED modules. It was the toughest thing in it to offer a very simple and nice look. Because the government can not flatten in the works.

We have designed special LED Board using ACP Base, Acrylic Letters, Radium Vinyl and MS Framing for THDC Koteshwar Government Department.

 

In the image above, you may see that we have used navy blue color base and we have raised letters with a milky white color. The borders on four sides has got more beauty on board. The lights we have put in this board will never be spoiled by water. In the photo below you can see which modules we have used to make this board.

By doing this job for Rishikesh’s Best Divine Resort all the wood work has come in our realm. We needed a lot of talent to deliver this job correctly. The handicraft work, and CNC operating work was so tough to do. We engraved the logo directly on tray with CNC Router Machine. In this, the size of the logo also matters how deep the engraving take place.

Earlier, we had planned to build a logo on it by buying a tray made from the market. But in the market did not find a plane job, due to which we had to make this stuff ourselves. We took a week’s time to do this sampling. But after seeing the job that came to be very happy.

Acrylic Letter Repairing in Dehradun

LED Sign Board for Complex at Jogiwala

This work has been done for the launch of a complex which is in Jogiwala, although seeing the design, you may find the work seem normal, but there is a special thing in it that the letterer in it has also embossed.

We have designed these boards for Jogiwala Based Complex. We have used Alex base and acrylic letters with Samsung brand LEDs inside.

There were two different boards board one size specifications are:

LED Sign Board 1:

  • 10×2.5 Alex Base in Matte Black Finish
  • Logo and Om sign in 8mm embossed acrylic in the same color.
  • All other letters is 4mm embossed with Alex material.
  • They did not have logo so we redesigned it.
  • Costing was INR 15,500 + taxes*.

  • 10×4 Alex base in Red color.
  • Ashirwad is 8mm embossed with Acrylic material and Samsung LED light inside.

Divine Resort Rishikesh – WPC Paneling Work

Divine Resort is very beautiful in itself but we have a good fortune that we got an opportunity to work with Vijay Bisht Ji. There was some area in the resort that was covered, which seemed awkward. Which we have covered with the very best quality material.

In this WPC Paneling work, we have used the Alstone Company’s Eco Sheet. It costs more 40 rupees from the normal material that costs Rs. 90 per square feet. We have used it because it has a good finish and whiteness. Most used materials in jali and paneling works ware MDF and WPC.

In this, MDF is used in the interior and in exterior, WPC is used because it does not have the effect of rain and moisture. Normal life of WPC is 10 years. The design that was given in it was finalized after a considerable change.

It was Vijay Bisht ji, who was the finalist, he knew a lot about all the things he knew more than we knew about everything. Working with them, we got to learn a lot myself, in this work, we took more time, even a week more than the time was given. Because the extra tool was used to round its corner, in which every panel took 2 hours extra time.

The total cost was Rs 175 per square feet. The work was more than 1000 square feet, so we did not take any extra charge for installation. We also charged for cartage something like Rs. 4000. If you want any paneling work for your home or commercial complex feel free to call us.
