Project Layout Overview

The complete second floor structure included two spacious rooms of 12×14 feet each, one toilet of 8×6 feet, and an approximately 27×10 feet lobby area. This planning created a balanced layout with enough personal room space, functional washroom access, and a large connecting lobby that gives the space an open and premium feel.

Strong Structural Framework with Tata Steel Pipe

For this structure, we first used 2-inch Tata square pipe for the framing. The use of Tata pipe ensured strength, stability, and long-term durability. Once the complete structure was fabricated, we applied red oxide coating over the steel to protect it from rust and improve its life.

This combination of strong steel framing and anti-rust coating created a solid base for the complete prefab setup. The structural planning was done carefully to ensure performance, safety, and a premium final result.

Clear Height, False Ceiling, and Thermal Insulation

The structure was designed with a clear internal height of 9.5 feet, which gives the rooms and lobby a spacious and breathable feel. Above this clear height, we installed a gypsum false ceiling, which enhanced the interior finish and also helped in making the area cooler and more comfortable.

For insulation, the full side structure was insulated with 8mm thermal insulation. This layer helps reduce heat transfer, improves indoor comfort, and makes the space more suitable for daily use in varying weather conditions.

Large UPVC Windows and Terrace Slider for Panoramic View

One of the premium highlights of this project is the window planning. We provided large 4×6 feet UPVC windows, which allow excellent natural light and create a beautiful panoramic hill view. These large openings make the interior feel more luxurious, more open, and more connected to the outside environment.

For access to the open terrace, we installed a 7×6 feet UPVC slider door plus window combination. This large glazed opening improved both the functionality and the visual appeal of the terrace-side elevation. All windows used in the project were UPVC, helping with durability, low maintenance, and a clean modern finish.

Premium Paint Finish and Cottage-Style Front Elevation

Inside the structure, we used Asian Emulsion paint for a smooth and premium interior finish. On the exterior side, we used Apex exterior paint for weather resistance and long-lasting appearance.

To create a strong prefab cottage-style look, we installed Bison planks on the front elevation. These planks were 9 inches in height and gave the project a rich, stylish, and premium visual identity. This front treatment added warmth and texture, making the structure stand out from ordinary terrace construction.

Tile Work and Interior Floor Finish

In the bathroom, wall tiles were installed up to 8 feet height using 2×1 feet tile size. This gives better water protection, easier maintenance, and a neater wall finish. For the bathroom floor, 1×1 feet tiles were used to maintain balance and usability.

In the rooms, we used wood-color matte-finish tiles of 4×2 feet size. These tiles created a warm and elegant interior look. On the sides, wooden skirting was provided and finished with white paint, creating a refined contrast with the flooring and wall theme.

Doors, Windows Theme, and Color Styling

We kept the entire door and window theme in white to create a clean, elegant, and premium interior identity. All doors were waterproof flush doors made in French style and finished with white paint.

This white theme gave a uniform and classy look throughout the project, while the rest of the interior color palette was kept colorful according to the client’s personal choice. This balance of white theme elements with customized colorful interiors gave the space a lively yet sophisticated feel.

Branded Electrical Work for Safety and Performance

For electrical fittings and safety, we used branded materials throughout the project. Havells lights were installed for quality illumination, KEI wires were used for dependable wiring performance, and Great White switches were installed for a clean finish and reliable functionality.

Plumbing, Utility Setup, and Solar Installation

In plumbing, we used Astral CPVC pipes and Supreme PVC pipes to ensure strength and performance in the pipeline system. For fittings, Parryware and Jaquar branded fittings were installed to maintain quality and aesthetics.

The water tank was placed properly on the upper side as part of the utility planning. In addition, the client also wanted solar installation on the top, which we got installed as an extra-chargeable work. This gave the structure added convenience and increased overall utility value.
