Dear Mr. Anil, I have an apartment at Pacific Golf Estate, Sahastradhara Rd, Dehradun but currently working outside.
We have farmland at Kimsar Village, Pauri Garwahl and plan to build one or two farmhouses. Your prefabricated houses are interesting.
Kimsar today has Electricity, basic facilities, road, basic hospital, Jio 4G etc. There is a Tourist lodge nearby with 3 rooms accommodation. Basic Labour and construction materials are available locally.
Let me know if your team would be interested to work in remote village. I am an engineer myself. If you are interested, we can show you the site. It is Flat Farmland with water available nearby. We can get the basic foundation work done ourselves. The House can then be fabricated completely in Dehradun or wherever and transported to Kimsar. Nearby towns are Haridwar and Rishikesh.
