  • Roofing: The roof structure uses 1.5-inch by 1.5-inch hollow MS pipes and is covered with pre-coated tin sheets with a 7-year color warranty from brands like Jindal or Apollo.
  • Weather Resistance: The homes are built to withstand severe weather conditions, including winds up to 180 kmph, heavy rainfall, and a snow load of up to 2 feet.

Interior & Finishing Details

  • Flooring: Options include 2×2 foot tiles (from Somany or Kajaria) or wooden flooring.
  • False Ceilings: A plain gypsum false ceiling on an MS frame is provided.
  • Doors & Windows: Main and internal doors are premium full waterproof flush doors. Windows are typically UPVC or MS with a security grill.
  • Painting: The homes are finished with exterior and interior paints from brands like Asian Paints.
