Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt as a  proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the problem. Based on the extent of damage we may choose to send replacement parts or accessories prior to replacing the entire mandir, free of charge.

Returns of non-damaged items

We offer free returns only on completely damaged temples. All other returns are subject to shipping charges to and from the customer’s location.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

No returns will be accepted based on the dimensions of the mandir as our website clearly indicates the dimensions of each mandir. Please ensure to accurately measure the area where the mandir will be placed and compare it with the dimensions given.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return what you have, and then shop separately for the new item when the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your bank account via RTGS/NEFT. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund. Please note that a payment gateway convenience fee of 3% will be deducted on the entire order amount.

Return procedure

To start a return, you can contact us at info@doonprojects.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
