Polycarbonate Vs Toughen Glass

  • Polycarbonate does not require a very strong structure. That’s why its cheaper than toughen glass.
  • It is available in all sizes and comes in rolls, so that there are fewer joints and there is no problem of water leakage at the bottom. In case of glass we need to apply strong double tape on joints and good quality silicon.
  • There are two options in Polycarbonate Clear and Frosted same with the glass but polycarbonate is Rs. 10 costlier but glass cost Rs. 40/sqft extra in case of frostation.
  • Polycarbonate fades with time but glass also need high maintenance.
