There are two parts in a LED board, one is the base panel on which letters are to be placed and the other is the LED letters. The base mostly consists of ACP Sheets which are of exterior grade. It is a strong product and is waterproof and does not deteriorate quickly in sunlight.
ACP sheet is installed on mild steel hollow pipes. Which costs approximately Rs 200 per square foot. For example, if your board is 10ft by 4ft, then Rs 8000 is required for the base panel. After that the cost of the letter depends on their height. In this, height is measured in inches.
