Backlit LED Box for Pooja Room and Temple Decor

Description

The Front CNC Cut Jali of temple, the acrylic behind it, the light to be used in it and the material of its box, these four things together make the lightbox of the temple which is also called backdrop.

1. Cnc Cut Jali Options:

• WPC BACKDROP:
  It is a wood and plastic composite material which is mostly used because of its cost effectiveness and white colour. It is available in the size of 8ft x 4ft and we cannot put joints in it, it looks very ugly. If you are getting a temple built then take special care of this. We use 6.5 density WPC here which gives good finishing. In the brand we use Black Cobra or Alstone material. It is easy to clean and you can also paint it directly. Its only drawback is that it easily gets scratched and then the entire surface has to be filled and painted. If you want a premium finish, we do not recommend WPC.

  

• MDF BACKDROP with Duco/Polish
  This is a medium density fibreboard used in such Wallarts. It can be either duko or polished and its look is also premium. Due to its hard surface, it does not get damaged easily. Its cost is also moderate and behind it too, an acrylic sheet of white colour is placed so that the source of light is not visible. If the budget is right then get it done with Asian PU paint, this will give a very classic look to the temple.

  Duco Painted MDF Design 

• CORIAN STONE Backdrop
  The backdrop is made of 3D design in Corian stone. Its beauty will not be seen in the photo video. This is the most beautiful and most expensive option for backdrop. A different kind of energy is felt in front of its glow. It has a 3D idol design and the other two above are 2D cutting designs.

  

2. Lights:

• We use only warm white modules which last for 4 to 5 years and do not require any kind of repair. Sometimes due to a short circuit only the supply gets damaged which is taken out of the box.
• It is easy to replace it, if any issue arises within 1 year then the supply will be sent to you free of cost. In case, due to any reason, the light inside gets damaged, the box is made modular which you can easily open and get repaired.

3. Box Material

• Keeping the durability in mind, we have raised it with 18mm thick material and kept the depth of the box 4in so that the light inside can glow well.
• The material used in the front is also used for finishing the sides so that the look appears similar from the side. At the back we use 8mm board or ACP which is white in colour from the front so that the light can be reflected properly.
