5. Quotations & Estimates

Quotations and estimates issued by Doon Projects are subject to the
terms specified in the respective quotation.

Pricing may depend upon:

• Changes in design or specifications

6. Pricing & Taxes

Product and service prices displayed on the website may change without
prior notice.

The final price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed in
the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

GST and other applicable taxes, transportation, installation and
other charges may be charged separately unless specifically stated
as included.

7. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed after acceptance by Doon Projects and receipt
of the applicable advance or payment.

Depending on the project, payments may be structured in stages:

• Advance payment
• Production or manufacturing payment
• Dispatch payment
• Delivery payment
• Installation or completion payment

The applicable payment schedule will be mentioned in the quotation,
invoice or order confirmation.

8. Construction & Project Work

For construction, prefab, precast, fabrication and installation
projects, the final scope of work will be based on the approved
quotation, drawings, specifications and written scope.

Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged
separately.

Project timelines may depend on:

• Site readiness
• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Labour availability
• Transportation
• Government permissions
• Customer approvals
• Customer-requested changes
• Unforeseen site conditions

9. Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

For work carried out at the customer’s premises, the customer must
provide reasonable access and ensure that the site is suitable for
the agreed work.

• Site access
• Electricity and water, where required
• Site clearance
• Foundation or civil work where excluded from our scope
• Necessary permissions and approvals
• Safe storage space for materials
• Access for vehicles, equipment and workers

If actual site conditions differ from the information provided during
quotation or survey, additional work or cost may arise.

10. Measurements & Drawings

Where dimensions or measurements are provided by the customer,
the customer is responsible for verifying their accuracy unless
site measurement has specifically been included in our scope.

Production may commence after approval of drawings, dimensions
or specifications. Changes after approval may involve additional
charges and revised timelines.

11. Delivery & Transportation

Selected Doon Projects products may be delivered across India,
subject to product type, destination and transportation feasibility.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Transport availability
• Road conditions
• Weather
• Government restrictions
• Destination accessibility
• Material availability
• Unforeseen logistical circumstances

12. Installation

Installation services, where offered, will be governed by the scope
mentioned in the quotation or work order.

Additional site visits or work caused by customer-requested changes,
site inaccessibility or site-related issues may be chargeable.

13. Product Quality & Variations

Construction materials and fabricated products may have reasonable
variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions and surface appearance.

Such reasonable variations shall not automatically be considered
a manufacturing defect.

14. Warranty

Where a product or service carries a specific warranty, the applicable
warranty terms will be mentioned in the quotation, invoice, product
documentation or warranty document.

Warranty may not cover:

• Improper installation
• Unauthorized modification
• Misuse or negligence
• Accidental damage
• Natural disasters
• Structural changes by third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow maintenance instructions

15. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For customised, fabricated, manufactured or specially procured products,
cancellation may not be possible after production, procurement or
fabrication has commenced.

16. Third-Party Products & Materials

Where a project includes materials manufactured by third-party brands,
the relevant manufacturer’s specifications and warranty conditions
may also apply.

Where a specific brand has been agreed in writing, substitution will
generally be subject to customer approval or technical necessity.

17. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Doon Projects website, including logos,
photographs, videos, graphics, designs, drawings, product descriptions,
layouts and written content, is owned by or licensed to Doon Projects
unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed
or commercially used without prior written permission.

18. Project Images & Portfolio

Doon Projects may display photographs, videos, renders or completed
project images on its website or marketing platforms for portfolio
and promotional purposes.

Customers who do not wish their completed project to be used for
promotional purposes may communicate their preference in writing.

Final specifications and commercial terms applicable to an order will
be those confirmed in the quotation, invoice, drawing, work order
or written agreement.

perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control,

• Government restrictions

21. Limitation of Liability

Doon Projects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special
or consequential losses arising from delays, site conditions, misuse
of products, third-party services or circumstances beyond our

limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable
Indian law.

22. Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details,
delivery information and project information.

Doon Projects may communicate with customers through phone, email,
WhatsApp or other communication methods provided by the customer.

23. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Such links are provided for convenience. Doon Projects does not
control or necessarily endorse the content, availability or policies
of third-party websites.

24. Privacy

The collection and use of customer information is governed by our
Privacy Policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

Terms & Conditions from time to time.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these
Terms & Conditions or our products and services shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in
Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
