1. Do you offer sizes larger than 7ft?

   Yes, larger sizes can be manufactured. However, considering transportation limitations and the risk of damage during transit, we do not dispatch products longer than 7ft in a single piece.

   For sizes above 7ft, the product is manufactured in two or more sections. These sections can be easily joined using the provided nuts and bolts before installation.

   • Please mention your required size in the order remarks.
   • If you need a 14ft length, you can place an order for two 7ft units.
   • Before any order is finalized, our technical team will contact you to verify the size and installation requirements.
   • Direct delivery without verification is not available.
   • After technical confirmation, an advance payment will be required, and only then will the order be processed and confirmed.

2. Who will do the installation?

   Installation is to be arranged by the customer. We supply the product in ready-to-install condition along with the required fixing hardware and joining accessories (if applicable).

   The sections can be easily assembled using nuts and bolts before installation. We also provide installation guidance and support if required.

   Our technical team will contact you before order confirmation to discuss the installation requirements and ensure the product is suitable for your location.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

   Delivery time depends on the order quantity, manufacturing schedule, and your location. Generally, orders are dispatched within 7–15 working days after technical verification and receipt of the advance payment.

   Once your order is ready for dispatch, shipment details will be shared with you. Our team will also keep you informed about the expected delivery timeline during the order confirmation process.
