Description

In the Prefabricated houses that we build, we use Metal Windows. 4mm plain glass is used in it, and the mesh is also made of best quality steel.

Apart from windows, louver ventilator and exhaust are also installed. Windows occupy at least 10% of the floor area. For example, if there is a room of 10ft by 12ft, a 12sqft window will be provided and ventilator is provided separately. The window is placed at a height of 2.5ft from floor and its top height is up to the door level. While building the house, we took special care of Vastu and placed most of the windows on the North and East walls.

And louver ventilation we have placed 6in down from the ceiling. So that the heat of the room can come out and there can be cross ventilation. We have provided ventilators on the south and west sides, because the hot air comes from the south during the day.

Covering from 1ft to 1.5ft above the window is provided to prevent water from seeping in during heavy rains, and to protect the window from warping. This is done only on our side where roof extension is not possible.

Windows is customized at the workshop. After finishing, it is sent to the site after applying 2 coats of primer, finally 2 coats of paint are applied on it and after that the glass and mesh is installed. Everything in it is branded like Iron, APL Apollo, 18 Gouge and Paint Asian Paints.

Metal window does not depreciate at all and you can use it again after years by painting it. Secondly, you will get 80% of its scrap value after 8 to 10 years… but this is not the case with UPVC and other windows. We also keep this thing in mind while building your prefab house so that the money you invest remains in the form of an asset. From security point of view also, this is the most powerful product.
