When we were installing the board of Evergreen Home Company on Canal Road, we met him and he ordered us to repair the board of his saloon.
When we went to see the board, we felt that instead of repairing it, it is better to install a board of new concept, their partners are very smart minded, they understood the concept and we finalized the deal to make some decent board which will give corporate look. We prepared and sent the design of the board as per their demand. We started the work by taking advance payment. The most difficult task in this board was to make its background which was to be made of hollow pipe in louvers look.
Metal LED Box with Duco Paint in Metallic Gray
For this, we used a 1 inch square pipe, with a gap of 1 inch. Initially, we were thinking of installing metal sheet at the backside, but to avoid any kind of wiring problem, 6mm fiber sheet was used at the back. After the frame was completed, we painted it twice. For this, we did red oxide first and then enamel paint with the help of spray gun, which gave a great finish. After making the frame, acrylic letters were placed on it, for which we used ACP sheet for raising.

In this, the letters that we see on the right hand were also made in a metal box, for that 2mm metal sheet was used. To fix it, 6 clamps were made on it and the board was fixed on the site in 2 pieces. The party liked the board very much, we also felt good after completing it. The size of this board is 10 feet wide and 3 feet high. This board is made by cutting a white ACP sheet of Alex Brand whose color is white with CNC machine. This design can be called hollow LED Board Design.
The LED Modules used in it are from the Hi-Light company in bright white color. The power supply that has been used in this also belongs to the Hi-light company. An iron frame has been used in it. The color combination that has been made is made by vinyl paste on a transparent acrylic sheet which is printed from HP machine.
Its installation was the most difficult. It took a lot of effort to install it. It had to be fitted with aluminum L strip. Below are the complete material details used in this board:

Frame is in Pinewood with same rough polish. Portrait is designed by senior artist after that we used Artcam Software to Engrave the designs in MDF by Prince CNC Router. Job was not much bigger but we took a bit of Seriously. He had a board that was not working properly. There was a problem with power supply, which we immediately changed.

This work has been done for the launch of a complex which is in Jogiwala, although seeing the design, you may find the work seem normal, but there is a special thing in it that the letterer in it has also embossed.
In the image below, you can see that the Ohm Sign we have designed a little better way.
We have designed these boards for Jogiwala Based Complex. We have used Alex base and acrylic letters with Samsung brand LEDs inside.
There were two different boards board one size specifications are:
LED Sign Board 1:
10×2.5 Alex Base in Matte Black Finish
Logo and Om sign in 8mm embossed acrylic in the same color.
All other letters is 4mm embossed with Alex material.
They did not have logo so we redesigned it.
Costing was INR 15,500 + taxes*.
LED Sign Board 2:
10×4 Alex base in Red color.
Ashirwad is 8mm embossed with Acrylic material and Samsung LED light inside.

The size of a normal led board starts at 8 x 4 sq.ft., after which anything can happen. The price of a normal board starts from just INR 15000 (US$ 200). There are two main things seen in this.
The main part is the material used for the sign. It consists mainly of Acrylic, Alex, Crystal. Three types of materials are shown in the image below. Its rate is measured according to Square Inch, not square-Feet and cost starts at INR 100 per Square-Inch.
Normal size of board is 8×4 Sq.Ft. Costing is totally depend on logo or letter complexity.
The thing to see in it is that the light goes through the acrylic, but not inside of Alex and the crystal has a different brightness.
And secondly, the most important thing is its base. If you want to cross the light from the back, use acrylic and if want matte finish then Alex will be used.

Mr. Ashish Goyal very humble businessman saw our portfolio on Google and contacted for some LED Board work at his chemist shop. We understood his needs and designed a rough look of Front Facade shown below.

There are few points to be taken care while designing his facade:
We used minimum colors to give it look like a brand, we always do that because before us there was nothing similar, all colors was different.
We designed total branding options; like the color combination, wall paintings, counter sticker, glass sticker, glow sign boards, everything.
After few changes we agreed upon color schemes, content and design. We took our 50% advance amount as we always take from our first client and finished the front facade with LED board within 7 working days, below is the image of store.

Designed and installed beautiful LED Board (12.5×4 Sq.Ft.) with 12mm thickness acrylic letters with special hollow glowing letters and reflective vinyl sheet. 3D Board finished within 4 working days, it was great to work with Mr. Deepak Pokhriyal ji, very good personality and have a great vision. He approached us through internet and we met him in the restaurant to know about the requirement of LED Board.

After understanding the LED Board branding requirement and his vision we showed them few designs, after showing 2 design they finalised one LED Board Design. Total cost of LED Board was Rs. 28,000.00 (Alex Work – 150 Rupees per Square Feet & LED Letters – 190 Rupees per Square Inch with Branded LED Lights and some reflective vinyl work 80 Rupees per square feet).
Costing was approved and we started the work and finished it in just 3 working days. We installed it perfectly with support of their staff. It was great to work for business man like Mr. Deepak. When he saw our work he was impressed and further gave us contract for replacing their glass stickers and few glow signs at the facade.
