• Walls: Structure 50mm sq, 1.2mm thick hollow pipe grid 600mm x 1200mm, interior 10mm cement fiber, exterior .5mm liner sheet Z-black JSW 150AZ coating.
• Roofing: MS checkered plate 3mm on MS Grid, 100mm x 50mm hollow pipe, 1.2mm thickness, grid sized 600mm sq.
• Tiles: Kajaria 300mm sq on floor and 300mm by 600mm on walls.
• Sanitary Fittings: Standard fittings with one peace english seat, washbasin in both kitchen sets.
• Electrical: Havels HRFR Wiring with Havels Concealed lights and Polycab Switches.
• Windows: MS Frame with 4mm sky-blue tinted glass.
